What is the future of EDI?

Future EDI_ copy.jpg

We all hope the new Labour Government will stop the Tory-led assault on EDI / DEI that we’ve witnessed over the last year. Labour has laid out some progressive plans for Race, Gender, Disability and Socio-economic equity but the pervasive excuse of the fiscal black hole left by the Tories might yet swallow them up.

It would also be a mistake to dismiss the recent criticisms of EDI out of hand. I was surprised to find myself agreeing with this one: ‘despite all the millions spent on EDI projects, the change has been very limited.’ A little research soon demonstrates that discrimination is still rife across UK society and workplaces.

So, how do we take advantage of this moment of potential change and ensure that our EDI work does bring about lasting positive change? I have some ideas (have a look at my blog) and I’d love to hear yours. Join me in this free 90 minute webinar session to explore the future of EDI.
